Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains the refund and cancellation terms by which you may use our online and/or mobile services, website, and software provided on or in connection with the service (collectively the “Service”). This policy applies to all visitors, users, others who access the Service (“Users”) and Buyers ("User who buys the items listed on Uplodefoodie")

Uplodefoodie offers website at or the mobile applications and backend manager (collectively, “Uplodefoodie Solutions”).

Uplodefoodie's solutions may have solutions for restaurants, hotels, kitchens and any food serving / selling enterprise (collectively, "Patrons") which may be crafted with exclusivity (the, "White Labeled") for the Patrons.

The terms " WE", "OUR" and "US" refer to Uplodefoodie and the terms " YOU", " YOUR" and " USER" refer to you, as a user of Uplodefoodie.

We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of this website or mobile service following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website or mobile service, you read these terms and conditions.

Customer Cancellation:

Uplodefoodie solutions allows order cancellation only within 120 Seconds of the Order being placed and only by calling the given number.

Based on Buyers cancellation history, Uplodefoodie and Patrons reserve the rights to deny any refund to Buyer cancelling order in 120 seconds. Also followed by suspension of the account and this is in the sole discretion of Uplodefoodie and Patrons.

After 120 seconds of the order being placed, Uplodefoodie and Patrons shall have rights to collect a penalty up to 100% of the Order amount for breach of contract terms as a compensation for the damages suffered by Uplodefoodie and Patrons with rights to protect Patrons losses borne in this case.

Non Customer Cancellation:

If Uplodefoodie or Patrons are not left with the choice than cancelling the Order, Uplodefoodie reserves the rights to collect penalty charges may be up to 100% of order value. Such situations may occur in the events like :
buyer is not reachable at the time of delivering the Order or information missing or incorrect directions;
the address provided by Buyer is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone;
in case of item or items from order list are not available to deliver, Uplodefoodie is entitled to refund 100% of order value to the buyer
In case of any cancellations done for a reason which is attributable to Uplodefoodie or Patrons, Uplodefoodie shall not collect any penalty from the Buyer.


Buyer may be entitled to a refund upto 100% of the Order value if Patron fails to deliver the Order due to a cause attributable to either Patron or Uplodefoodie, however such refunds will be assessed on a case to case basis by Uplodefoodie and then refund will be processed based upon Refund Policy

The Buyer shall also be entitled to a refund of proportionate value in the event of an item or more than one items or all items in the order are either tampered or damaged and the Buyer refuses to accept at the time of delivery for the said reason; our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.

Refund Policy

The Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 Business days if Buyer is entitled for Refunds based upon aforesaid reasons.
